Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19 shipping may be delayed.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be processed for shipping after receiving order conformation email ( orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). You will receive an email when order has been shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We only offer domestic shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Available Monday- Thursday 12pm-6pm in the Medina, Oh area. Orders $75 or more are eligible for local delivery. Must list accurate address, email and phone number for delivery. A text will be sent to notify with the day of arrival.

ORDER STATUS

When your has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
